Nduaguba is an adjunct professor at Roxbury Community College.  He also teaches maths and physics at the Edward M Kennedy Academy for Health Careers – a Boston public chartered high school in Northeastern University.  Before relocating to the United States, he worked in the public and private sector in Nigeria and co-founded Adswitch Plc, – a successful switchgear manufacturing company based in Nnewi.

He is a graduate of Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he obtained master’s degrees in Education and Mechanical Engineering respectively.

He is a member of American Federation of Teachers, Boston Teachers Union as well as MEOC (Male Educators of Color), a power group that recruits and retains educators of color. I am the teacher leader in my school for Evidence Based Argumentation, and Family Student Engagement.
